Easify treats WhatsApp as the primary channel: a message to the company number becomes a lead, and the thread lives on that lead's record where a manager can see it. Agents stop working from personal phones, and the history survives someone resigning.
Paid social is where the leads come from
Most brokerage lead volume in Egypt comes off Facebook and Instagram lead forms. Easify syncs your Meta campaign, ad set and ad structure, tags each submission with the ad that produced it, and sends conversions back so the platform stops optimising for cheap form fills.
Arabic first, and priced in pounds
The whole system runs in Arabic with right-to-left layout, and each user picks their own language, so a bilingual floor does not have to standardise on English. Plans are priced in EGP, with annual billing costing two months less than monthly.

Does Easify handle both new-build and resale?
Resale units are managed inside the system, with unit sheets you can generate and send to a client. Leads from developer campaigns and from resale listings sit in the same pipeline, distinguished by their source and campaign.
Do we need a Meta Business account?
Yes, for the WhatsApp and Meta ad features, and we set it up with you during onboarding. Meta bills per-message fees directly; they are not part of your Easify subscription.
