Terms of Service

Last updated

These terms govern your company’s use of the Easify CRM at app.easifycrm.com and of this website. By creating an account or using the service, the company agrees to them.

1. Definitions

“Easify”, “we” — the provider of the service. “Customer”, “you” — the company that holds the subscription. “Users”: the individuals your company authorises to use the service. “Customer Data”: everything your company puts into, or connects to, the service, including leads, conversations and inventory.

2. The account

Your company is responsible for its users: for who is given access, for keeping credentials secure, and for what those users do in the account. Tell us promptly if you believe an account has been compromised.

Each user must be a named individual. Shared logins undermine the activity log, which is the record your company relies on.

3. Subscriptions and billing

  • Plans, included seats and prices are as published at easifycrm.com/pricing. Prices are in Egyptian pounds.
  • Annual subscriptions are billed once in advance and cost two months less than paying monthly. Monthly subscriptions are billed in advance each month and can be cancelled for the following period.
  • Extra agent seats beyond the plan’s included count are charged at the published rate, for active agents only.
  • Add-ons: WhatsApp number setup, Meta ads connection, data migration, training, custom reports, the lead-capture guarantee. These are priced separately from the subscription.
  • Trial: fourteen days on your own data, without a card. At the end of the trial the account continues only if a subscription is taken.
  • Prices may change for a renewal term. We will give notice before a renewal at a new price; the price of a term already paid does not change during that term.

4. Third-party services

WhatsApp and Meta ad features depend on Meta Platforms and require a Meta Business account, which we will help you set up. Your use of those features is also subject to Meta’s terms and policies.

Meta bills per-message fees directly. They are not part of your Easify subscription, and we have no control over them.

We cannot be responsible for outages, policy changes or account actions taken by Meta, including the suspension of a WhatsApp number for policy reasons.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Upload purchased or scraped contact lists and message them. WhatsApp Business messaging is inbound-first; violating that policy risks the loss of your number.
  • Send content that breaches WhatsApp’s or Meta’s policies, or applicable law.
  • Use the service to store data you have no lawful basis to hold.
  • Attempt to access another company’s data, probe the service for vulnerabilities without written permission, or resell access without an agreement.

The service applies consent and content-policy checks before outbound messages, but those checks are a safeguard, not a guarantee of compliance. Responsibility for what your team sends remains yours.

6. Customer Data

Customer Data belongs to your company. We do not sell it, do not use it to train anything, and do not use it for any purpose other than providing and securing the service.

We process it on your instructions as described in the Privacy Policy. Your company is responsible for having a lawful basis to hold the contact data of the buyers in its pipeline, and for answering their requests about it.

You can export your data at any time while the account is active.

7. Availability and support

We aim to keep the service available continuously, and maintain a separate backup service that receives Meta’s webhooks independently so lead and message delivery survives a restart of the main system.

Support levels are as published per plan: email on Solo, priority within 24 hours on Basic, same-day WhatsApp on Growth, and a dedicated manager with an uptime SLA on Enterprise. Only Enterprise carries a contractual uptime commitment; other plans are provided on a commercially reasonable efforts basis.

Planned maintenance that requires downtime will be notified in advance where possible.

8. Suspension and termination

Either party may terminate at the end of a billing term. We may suspend an account for non-payment, or immediately for use that breaches section 5 or that threatens the security of the service or other customers.

On termination, you may export your Customer Data. After the export window, data is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy. Fees already paid for a term are not refunded except where the law requires it or where we terminate without cause.

9. Liability

The service is provided without warranties beyond those that cannot be excluded by law. To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of these terms is limited to the fees paid by your company in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing here limits liability for fraud, or for anything that cannot be limited under Egyptian law.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified to the account’s administrators before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and the courts of Cairo have jurisdiction over any dispute.
