Connecting Meta
Updated
Connecting Meta does two things: it brings lead-form submissions in automatically, and it syncs your campaign structure so every lead can be traced to a specific ad.
What you need first
- A Meta Business account with your Page and ad account inside it.
- An admin on that Business account available during the connection step.
If you do not have one yet, we set it up with you. Meta bills any per-message fees directly; they are not part of your Easify subscription.
What the connection does
Lead forms. When someone submits one of your lead forms, Meta notifies Easify and the lead appears in the pipeline within seconds, with the form’s answers attached.
Campaign structure. Your campaigns, ad sets and ads are synced in, which is what makes attribution work at ad level rather than at “Facebook” level.
Conversions back to Meta. As leads progress, the outcome is reported back so Meta’s optimisation targets people who resemble your real buyers rather than people who resemble form-fillers.
Checking it works
Submit a test lead through one of your own forms (Meta’s own testing tool works) and confirm it appears in the pipeline with the correct campaign attached. If it does not appear within a minute, tell us before you keep testing; there is a delivery log we can read.
If something goes wrong later
A separate backup service receives Meta’s webhooks independently of the main system and forwards them on, so a restart or a brief outage does not silently drop lead-ad submissions or inbound WhatsApp messages.
