Dashboard and reports
Updated
Everything on the dashboard is scoped to a period you choose. Pick the period first: most arguments about performance are really arguments about two people looking at different date ranges.
Agent performance
Assigned leads against sales, per user. Read it alongside the activity view rather than alone: an agent with a low conversion rate and high activity has a different problem from an agent with low conversion and low activity, and they need opposite conversations.
Campaign comparison
Select the campaigns you want and compare their leads across every status side by side. This is the view that answers “which of these should we keep funding”, the one you cannot get from a single “Facebook” total.
There is also a ranking of campaigns by leads that are not sitting in a negative status, which is a rough but fast proxy for lead quality.
New leads against sales
Inflow versus outflow for the period. Useful mainly for spotting the two failure modes: inflow rising while sales stay flat (a quality or a follow-up problem), and inflow falling while sales hold (you are living off an ageing pipeline).
Inventory demand
Where lead demand sits against the resale units you actually hold, so you can see the mismatch between what buyers are asking for and what you are able to offer.
Reports
The dashboard has a printable report view for taking numbers into a meeting, and resale unit sheets can be generated as PDFs to send to a client.
