Getting started
Updated
Easify is set up once, per company. Everything below is done with us on a call unless you are on Solo, where it is self-service.
1. Your company account
We create the company and the first admin user. Each company’s data is isolated from every other company on the platform; agents can only see what belongs to their own company, and within that, what has been assigned to them.
2. Add your users
Two roles matter at the start:
- Admin: sees every lead, manages users, connects Meta and WhatsApp, and reads the full dashboard.
- Agent: works the leads assigned to them, logs activity, changes status.
Add agents with the email address they will log in with. Each user picks their own interface language, so a bilingual team does not have to standardise on one.
3. Decide how leads get distributed
Before connecting any channel, decide who should receive new leads. This is worth ten minutes of argument now rather than a month of leads sitting unassigned. In practice most teams start with an even distribution across active agents and adjust once they can see performance per agent on the dashboard.
4. Connect your channels
In order: Meta first, because it is usually where the volume is, then WhatsApp.
5. Import what you already have
If you are moving from spreadsheets or another system, send us the export before you start working in Easify: importing into an empty pipeline is much cleaner than merging into a live one.
